🥔AWFUL WEATHER = STAMPPOT🥔 What’s your go to meal in bad weather? The weather is absolutely depressing, grey and stormy today so it is the perfect day to have stamppot! Do you know what it is? If you’re Dutch or live in the Netherlands, you know exactly what it is! It’s basically potato cooked together with some greens than you mash them together and eat it with some kind of meat (or not) and if you want you can even make some gravy with it. Well, here we have it with kale (stamppot boerenkool) and with some meatballs, topped with gravy! 🤩 In this cold weather we eat this meal once a week for sure.
