As you know, it's been a tough past couple of weeks for the indigenous communities. It has been a roller coaster of emotions of happiness, anger, and sadness!! What a friggin' darn week!!! I'm grinning ear to ear here because I had a lot of fun on this multi. I knew I came a long way since I last did this climb. When I first did this multi, it was my first year climbing and I was scared shitless. I was tearing up one of the pitches. 🤣 The joys of progression! 😆 I've also been thinking of my Dad a lot lately. He would be so damn proud of his children. I have those thoughts of "Could I have saved him? Could I have helped him out of his addiction?" ....StewDad, we miss you everyday! Our Nations are no strangers to having someone pass away in our community from suicide, mental health and/or addictions. It happens every month! As a community, we all grieve together! We are strong & resilient! As I said, what a friggin' darn week! This may be too much information, but I CHOOSE to share. ❤ If anyone has stories to share of my Dad, please post them. 🥰
