Our Internship Program operates on a three tiered system allowing interns to choose to advance and specialize with our team. . We begin with first round, then lead, then program interns. Each position lasts 4 months and teaches valuable skills that jumpstart careers in marine science. . Our Program Interns have worked with our team for 8 months and in their last 4 months they specialize in a department and are mentored by our staff one on one. .
