My top surgery procedure was double incision with nipple grafts (resizing and replacement of nipples). Nipple grafts can be tough to heal properly. It’s very common to have them scar over and be light pink in color, stretched out, etc. Top surgery changed my life in the best way and I would love my chest and nipples as is forever. When I learned about 3D Areola Pigmentation, though, and saw the before and afters, I realized I really wanted more realistic, natural looking nipples again. I had no idea how much this would impact my confidence and gender euphoria...
