15 minutes Pilates glutes that you’re going to want to save for later ❤️🔥
repeat each movement for 10 reps before switching to the other side or next movement, complete the sequence 2 times to complete in 15 minutes OR 3-4 times for extra burn if you have the time!
make sure you’re inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your teeth like you’re blowing through a straw while keeping your belly button to spine and glutes squeezed!
