An extremist, territorial era abortion ban is now law in Arizona. I do not believe Phoenix should expend any city resources to criminalize abortion care providers and patients. On Oct. 11, we will be voting on a resolution to make this the lowest priority for @phoenixpolice. Criminalizing abortion is a complete waste of city funds. And we have the legal authority, and discretion, to decide how to best serve Phoenix residents.
