When the MLB regular season is over, I consider summer to be over. Thankful to having gotten back to shooting some baseball this summer after not shooting a game since GM7 of the 2019 World Series. It was good to be back and even better that it was at Wrigley. While I only shot a few games, the rust fell off quickly. All these images were taken during a double header against the Cards. Felt decently capable for a single day and having not shot baseball in three years. Even managed to get hit by my first ball thanks to a Nolan Arenado foul and then turned around to capture a play at the plate a couple pitches afterwards. Icing on the cake was getting to see my photos hanging in the office of @grandparossy_3 after fulfilling a promise to get him something for his walls as well as getting to catch up with the legendary @sgreenphoto and brainstorm with @dirksenphoto. All three great people for whom I have tremendous respect.
