For The Leyton, a collection of 38 private full-floor homes overlooking Central Park, @frampton_co created a residential design that emphasizes volume and warmth for a sophisticated sense of comfort. Principal Elena Frampton says that the studio “focused on refinement, layering neutral color palettes and sculptural lighting that allows the proportions to shine, while using fine finishes as charismatic moments of discovery.” In the penthouse, rounded, exploratory forms create smooth visual and physical flow. Color and texture are layered in with exclusive paint colors, a bespoke floor-to-ceiling wall covering and patterned fabric and wallpaper selections.
