HOW TO: PHOTOGRAPH BACK SHOT 1.CHIN UP Have you client look up at the ceiling. Doing this will allow you to show off that blend at the root to see as much of the hair as possible. 2.PLACE HANDS UNDER HAIR Tell your client to make “Barbie hands” before placing them under the hair. This ensures the hair can gracefully fall over without any fingers poking through 3.FLUFF HAIR You can have your client fluff a little or fluff a lot. In my opinion, the more fluffing the better. This is great for your fine hair clients to make the hair appear thicker. 4.SHOOT FROM A LOWER ANGLE Shooting from a lower angle is going to allow the hair to appear fuller. This is going to help fill the frame with hair to avoid excess negative space. Shooting from a lower angle is what really catches the eye while scrolling through IG #copperhair #haireducation #hairphotography #hairstylistoftiktok #haireducation #haireducator
