When we figured this out and doubled down on our commitment to eradicate neediness in ourselves, we were able to eliminate neediness in our marriage. This shift from needing each other to WANTING each other ignited attraction, excitement, and passion and brought youthfulness back into our lives. This trip to MAUI is to celebrate 19 years together. Today as we flew across the ISLAND in a helicopter, we both had several moments that seemed to transcend earth and become heaven. I know that sounds cheesy as shit. But guess what? It’s our reality.
