Start the NFL playoffs off strong with this beef queso! Similar to the traditional queso we see, but with a few small twists. Recipe ⤵️ * 1 lb @betterfedbeef ground beef * 1 tsp Cajun rub * 1/2 tsp chili powder * 1/2 tsp cumin * 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper * 16oz velveeta cheese (small block) * 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack * 1 can Rotel * 1/4 cup salsa verse * Cilantro to taste (a handful or so) Cooking: * Cook your ground beef (seasoning it with above seasonings) on the @burchbarrel * Drain the grease * Add in your cheese, rotel and salsa and cook over medium low heat stirring every 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts * To achieve medium low heat on the @burchbarrel I raised the lid and lowered the coals to the very bottom and cooked around 250° * Once the cheese is melted, add in cilantro and cook for a few more minutes before removing to serve * Enjoy!
