“Accutane Users Are Terrified”, WOW what an article. Many may not have realized how Roe vs Wade has affected us all including medical physicans. This article brings me back to 10 years ago, when I had a patient who was on accutane. She consented to the medication while knowing the risk of birth defects, and accidentally became pregnant when missed her birth control. This led to the unfortunate decision of abortion. In dermatology, like many other specialties we prescribe medications that are associated with birth defects. However accutane like other medications is an amazingggggg treatment for acne.
