Moments ago in Washington DC, I gave a testimony to the US House Committee of Financial Services on de-risking in the Caribbean banking sector. The reality is, that unfair and unjust reports, requirements and potential blacklisting, poses very serious consequences for all aspects of society and threatens our ability to trade and do business with our neighbours and allies. It can, and must change.
