In just a few days the Japanese Friendship Garden will hold their Toro Nagashi Festival, and you are invited! Toro Nagashi is the Japanese custom of floating lanterns to honor those who have passed. There is an opportunity to create your own lantern, plus enjoy food and merchant booths, live performances and a beer & sake garden on Saturday! The event is this Friday August 5, and Saturday August 6, 10 am to 6 pm both days.
