Chocolate Protein Vegan melk kos, i could this eat for breakfast and as snack! I love Traditional SA food, just got to tweak it, to make it healthier! Tastes like custard š¤Recipe below*
:
Ingredients
1 1/2 -2 cups plant milk
2 tbsp softened coconut oil
1-2 tbsp flour or choice (i used oat flour for this recipe)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1-2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Top with cinnamon sugar
Method
1. Pour the milk in to a saucepan or microwave proof dish, mix the flour, protein powder and oil well and sprinkle over the milk, whisk in the cacao powder, nut butter and the sugar, whisk well or blend everything until well combined.
2. Heat over medium heat or 15 minute segments in the microwave or over stove top, whisk every now and again to keep from clumping too much( honestly i love the clumps) let it cook until thicken and serve with cinnamon sugar, more nut butter, syrup, milk and enjoy!
