We’re ending this week with Carlos from The Sicilian Delicatessen. He’s got some great essential DELLI drops on the app right now, and we’ve been slurping spaghetti all week because of it. ~ Based in South London, Carlos serves fresh and authentic Sicilian food. The deli produces its own pasta sauce, using tomatoes grown by Salvatore, their farmer. Salvatore plants each tomato by seed, and handpicks each and every one when they’re perfectly ripe.
