🍫CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE RECIPE (DF)🍫
Okay, so this recipe is AMAZING. It is dairy free (but you can also make it with milk based ingredients), not too much of a drama to make it but you will like your cake plate when you’re done, that is for sure! 🤩
Ingredients
Dry mix:
-270g flour
-100g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
-pinch of salt
-2 tbsp instant coffee
-15g baking powder
Wet mix:
-225g butter (DF)
-150g white sugar
-150g brown sugar
-4 eggs
-250g yoghurt (DF)
- 60ml olive oil
-2 tsp vanilla exctract
Glaze:
-150g semi-sweet chocolate pieces
-150ml whipping cream (DF)
Direction
1) Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2) Prepare your bundt cake mold. Grease it very well and cover the inside lightly with flour as well.
3) Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
4) In another mixing bowl, whip the butter and sugar (both) together until it’s fluffy.
5) Add the eggs to it one by one.Mix it very well.
6) Add the yoghurt, olive oil and vanilla extract to it and mix it well.
7) Add the dry mixture to your wet one in 3-4 parts. Each time mix it well, but do not overmix the batter.
8) Pour the batter into your prepared bundt cake tin.
9)Put it in the oven and bake it for ~65-70minutes, until thw toothpick comes out clean.
10) Let the cake cook down.
11) In a pan warm the cream up.
12) Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl. Pour the hot cream over it and let it sit for 1 minute.
13) Mix it well, until the chocolate is completely melted and you have a consistent mix.
14) Pour it immediately over your cake. Sprinkle it with extra cocoa powder and shave some chocolate on it.
