A lil upper body & stretch for my monday movement!! I’m mid cycle, so my energy is slowly starting to return and I’m ready to ease back into some light weights
I did this sequence 3 times & then followed with the lower body sequence that I posted on August 6th!! Wooo
- kneeling tricep push-up x 12
- overhead tricep extension x 12
- glute bridge chest press x 20
- glute bridge (hold) chest press x 20
- dolphin to bear hover x 12
- updog to child’s pose x 12
