Your body turns fat into energy twice as effectively as protein or carbohydrates. When you starve your body of good fats you starve it of good sustainable energy. Make sure you are eating wild caught - sustainably sourced sardines in Olive Oil (not water). Also go for the tin can over plastics. Cheese is hard (that’s a cheese joke). Go imported, organic, and grass fed if possible. Apples are a thin skin fruit. Organic if possible. This is a preference fruit though I lean toward Fujis for a little crispness. Note: One animal study determined that polyphenols from Fuji apples may help prevent heart and liver injury by lowering blood cholesterol levels and improving liver enzyme markers.
