I’ve still got FOMO that I missed @officialbighalf - so come interval training with me instead 🤙 Interval sessions are the one thing that’ve improved my split times and helped me go from a 4:11 to a 3:26 marathon PB. 💥 I find sprinting on the treadmill both meditative and therapeutic - a bit like with cold water therapy, I like that I can only focus on being there in that moment. 🧘‍♀️ Keen to give it a go?
