idk if it’s the fall/hibernating season or what lol, but I have been struggling so hard with my body image lately. just feeling so discouraged and frustrated, like I’m trapped in this never-ending cycle I can’t escape. one day I love my body, the next I can’t stand it. I hate that cycle. I just want to be at peace. I’m so all or nothing - either I’m so strict with what I eat that I’m just miserable, or I’m out of control. Being a girl sucks sometimes.
