1-MINUTE BLUE ZONES SANDWICH
Slice of sourdough bread, or heavy, whole grain bread
Drizzle 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil and grape molasses
Sprinkle with salt and oregano
Add thick layer of chopped onion, mint, and parsley
Squeeze juice from one half of tomato on top
Incredibly simple; exceedingly delicious, fantastically healthy.
