Replying to @elissamcneil not “feeling” a muscle doesn’t mean it’s not working 🤗 just like sweating doesn’t = an “effective” workout! ➡️ Try utilizing other forms of tracking progress like photos, measurements & performance in the workouts👏🏼 it’s something I have my clients do weekly for this very reason 🧡 you might be making progress but not noticing it from day to day until you see those side by sides or downward trending graph 〽️ keep going queens ✨
