can you buy fast fashion second hand?😅 so last week I did a post on how to resist the urge to buy fast fashion and now this week I am answering a BIG question on whether it is okay to buy fast fashion second hand?🧡 (also how cool is this playsuit which is actually a vintage 60's swimming costume?!😍) fast fashion has got it's negatives, including sustainability and ethics, and with 60% of fast fashion clothes ending up in landfill there definitely needs to be a shift in the way we treat our clothes🤧 i TRULY believe that buying fast fashion (ff) second hand is better than pieces going to landfill as it promotes circularity! of course the issue with buying ff second hand is that the quality is often dire meaning that the piece might not last that long, which isn't ideal🥵 overall yes i think it is MORE than okay to buy fast fashion second hand as long as you know you will wear it for a looonngggg timmeee💚 don't forget to save this post for some future outfit inspo✨ let me know what your thoughts are on buying fast fashion second-hand in the comments!💭 ("cool" ring and boots are previous ad items)
