ACHILLES INJURY 🤕 Here’s a walking warm up routine I’ve been using to rehab back to running. There’s a lot of focus on balance and endurance targeting the ankle and foot. With the elite sprinters we would perform this every week on more of a regen day and use it as a progression whenever we had injuries.
