Beginning PLUS starts with a double pump downtown and introduces variations and more group choreo base on beginning fundamentals. Workshops are $100 for 4 one hour classes in a professional studio (@evolutionnoho ) with a great floor, ballet balance bars and a wall of mirrors to watch your development and learn great form!
