Social media has given us too many options for what could be “wrong” with us for not seeing progress. We love to identify or be labled! Which then keeps you in a consant state of decision fatigue & not doing anything at all to change 💀 and trust me, I freaking struggggle with this too. We sometimes need to take away some of the choices and just keep it simple.
I know how frustrating it can be. We hold ourselves hostage because of the narrative we create & then don’t get anywhere.
The driving force for body recomp is TRAINING. Then the nutrition can support the training to then see change! It doesn’t matter how much protein you eat or how perfect your macros are. If the training stimulus isn’t there, you will not build muscle so progressive overload is key.
