Perfect for the colder months. it tastes like love, home, and everything warm and comforting. 🤍🍝✨ ⸻ 🍃✨ Ingredients ( • ✧ 6 slices thin pork (or beef) • ✧ 6 slices bacon • ✧ 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped • ✧ 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped • ✧ Salt & pepper • ✧ 1/4 cup olive oil • ✧ 1 cup white wine • ✧ 1 can crushed Cento tomato sauce • ✧ Pinch of chili flakes • ✧ 1 bay leaf • ✧ Parmesan rind • ✧ 1 packet rigatoni • ✧ Freshly grated parmigiano ⸻ ✦ ⸻ 👩🏻‍🍳💛 How to Make It 1. Prep your filling. ✧ Finely chop 4 garlic cloves and 1/2 cup parsley; set aside. 2. Season & layer. 🍃 Lay out 6 slices of thin pork. Season with salt & pepper, then layer each with 1 slice of bacon, garlic, and parsley. 3. Roll them up. 🤍 Roll each piece tightly and secure with a toothpick — you’ll have six total. 4. Brown the braciole. 🔥 Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a pan. Brown the rolls on all sides, then remove. 5. Build the sauce. 🍅✨ Add a little extra garlic (optional), deglaze with 1 cup white wine, and scrape up all the brown bits. Add the braciole back in, then pour in 1 can crushed Cento tomato sauce, a pinch of chili flakes, a bay leaf, and a Parmesan rind. 6. Simmer low & slow. ⏳ Let it gently simmer for about 2 hours. 7. Cook your pasta. 🍝 Boil salted water and cook 1 packet of rigatoni until al dente. 8. Assemble. ✧🤍 Plate your braciole, toss the rigatoni in that rich tomato sauce, top with parmigiano... and enjoy the ultimate Sunday comfort meal.
