Adjusting resistance profiles video is live on youtube as per the itinerary - its an hour long and i cover a fair bit , BUT please listen to me when i say this particular content is for advanced trainees. You DO NOT need to be overly worrying about the absolute specifics of resistance profile work if you have gained less than 15-20 pounds of stage weight / solid muscle since starting, as this content will simply distract you from keeping things simple, progressing your lifts and learning accurate execution! This stuff is very much for advanced competitors that have all their processes down and want to understand better how to utilise certain bits of kit available to them!
