AD Say hello to the new @Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients range; in-store now and designed to ‘zhush’ up your mealtime game - whether it’s midweek or dinner party time. Of course I had to play around with the new frozen wild garlic, and it turns out that it’s *very* handy ingredient as it can be blitzed into a wild garlic pesto in a matter of minutes. Stir it through some pasta and you’re sorted. A delicious dinner, with just six ingredients that took about 15 minutes to make. Here’s what I used:

150g Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients frozen wild garlic (that’s exactly two bags)
50g parmesan - plus a little more for serving (grated)
1/2 lemon (zested and juiced)
50g pine nuts (toasted)
150ml olive oil
200g bucatini

I just blitzed all the pesto ingredients in a processor, cooked up my bucatini then stirred the sauce through the pasta once it was cooked to warm it up and that was it! Just make sure you season it well, add plenty of parm on top and thank me later.
