Ten days exploring France with Thomas. ❤️ I have so many photos and so much gratitude for the memories we made. I say every day is the best day when you get to spend it with people you love, but it’s even better when you’re together in person. And more than anything, long-distance relationships teach you to cherish time in all its splendor. Photos in here include shots from Cévennes’s @bambouseraie.en.cevennes, Montpellier, the two beachside towns Thomas grew up in (Palavas-les-Flots and Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone), Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud, and Toulon. We went to many more places though, and I will share more pics later. But for now, here’s a little glimpse into my time in the south of France. As extraordinary as it would’ve been on its own, getting to tour it alongside someone who grew up there—to see all the places that shaped him—added magic and poignance that is hard to put into words. But I am so, so thankful. My dad called it the vacation of a lifetime before I left. And it was very much that, but in a different, more romantic way than you’d think. If you have the chance to show someone you love all the places that made you you, do it.
