✨TOTAL SURRENDER✨ = FREEDOM IN CHRIST!!! It’s safe to say my last church camp as a student was unforgettable. The purpose for each and every person on this Earth is to GLORIFY THE LORD and be a light of this world making disciples of all nations as Jesus calls us to do. We can’t live this life on our own seeking our own desires. We are all sinners and we all NEED a SAVIOR. Thank goodness we have a savior, Jesus Christ. He lived the perfect life not one of us could live and died the death no one would want to die taking the weight of our sins upon himself. He made a way for us to have a personal relationship with God. He was the ultimate sacrifice. God wants a relationship with each and every one of us. He stands there with his arms wide open ready and we must run to him and surrender/lay down everything and serve him. It may seem like we have freedom when we do the things we want to do but that only makes the burden of sin weigh heavier on us. TRUE FREEDOM is found in the Lord when we surrender everything to him and confess. He is faithful, gracious, merciful and the perfect Father. His love is like no other! He is worthy of our PRAISE 🩷 • “He made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” 2 Corinthians 5:21
