First post going up! Monday morning abs!

Pipe sit ups - try your best to keep your let’s flat on the ground here. The wider your arms are on the pipe the harder it gets. Gives you less momentum to work with. You can use a broom, a mop, or go break off a tree branch.

Ab roll outs - make sure to try and squeeze your abs tight and keep your butt down.

Dumbbell sit ups - keep your legs flat again here. Stabilize the dumbbell in a fixed position overhead. It may help to stare at it to keep your form.

Try and hit 4 rounds for 10 reps each! Crush it and let me know how it goes!
