I spent last summer making “Growing Up” with some of my best friends in the industry, here are some BTS photos from our shoot. It was a really intense process for all of us, a 10 episode series featuring 11 incredibly inspiring young adults sharing their stories about growing up. They were all so brave and vulnerable and they trusted us to help bring their stories to life. I am so proud of what my team and I created, I really feel like I poured my heart into this one. I am so thankful for my close friends who decided to commit and join me on this journey even though it was emotional and triggering for all of us. Growing up is hard, we all had to overcome a lot to become who we are today. Working on this series made me identify and appreciate the real ones around me and recognize that bullying and gaslighting is still so present in our adult lives. We’re still growing up and I am still trying to be a better version of myself every day.
