It has been a wonderful experience thus far sharing Awan with you all as we enter our first summer. For us making our dessert is more often inspired by nostalgic memories from our childhood. With our latest drop we wanted to interpret a familiar yet controversial classic. Our version of mint choc chip highlights the cooling sensation of organic peppermint. As it coats your palate you’ll find the Valrhona dark chocolate shell crushed and folded throughout. To give it the classic green color we used a touch of ceremonial matcha.
