Honestly, this time last year, up until I started yoga in the park, I was deep into depression & even then I knew that I wanted to create a safe space for community healing, but I had no idea how much you all would help me in my healing too & for that I am hella thankful. Thank you to everyone who shared the post & spread the word. Thank you to everyone who provided service for our celebration class. Thank you to my personal crew that came through & had my back without hesitation. & A BIG ASS, HUMONGOUS, STANDING OVATION to everyone who came through, one week or every week....you are all the reason each week was so good & was so full of healing & love. Y’all really showed up for yourselves & each other. Yes I am sad that we are done for the summer & I can’t wait to do it all again next year. BUT we won’t be waiting until summer to see each other again. I have an indoor location in the works that I will be announcing very soon, so we can keep healing together y’all!!
