Named after its U-shaped table, U offers communal seating for 13 guests to encourage diners to come in groups, alone or on a date. The experience is meant to be social, fun and of course - delicious! The meal consists of 13 dishes that rotate based on the season and availability, including Japanese-French appetizers, 7 pieces of sushi and a dessert. Chef Yasu is a veteran sushi chef from Okinawa, Japan. His beloved restaurant (sushi Yasu) in Forest Hills closed during the pandemic.
