No, I didn’t say, “Nice rack” to this bartender. 😏 This is the first time I met @drinksbyjerom @accomplice_bar. I DM’d him that I was stopping by for dinner but he said he had to leave so I might miss him. At the end of my dinner at the bar, since it cleared out and I could now get a good shot of the bartender pouring a drink, I asked him if I could record him. I didn’t know he was Jerom. That’s when he asked me if I was Caroline. And as he poured, the clarified cocktail cracked the clear ice, which excited me. Action! So yeah. 😜 I really love the cocktails they’re doing here, though. Still fun, delicious and Instagrammable, carrying on @lalovingcup’s legacy. This one is the Jade Emperor with pandan, lychee, basil eau de vie, tequila. ❤️ Interesting, delicate flavors. Love that subtle basil note with the soft pandan and lychee. But get it while it’s still available. Jerom said he’ll debut a completely new drink menu in a couple of weeks, and it’ll include a yuzu tomato martini and some other goodies he’s really excited about.
