Have you ever eaten a "shooting star"? Well, in Denmark you can! 🌠 Today marks the 60th anniversary of this popular open-faced sandwich. Danish smørrebrød pioneer Ida Davidsen created it as a tribute to space travel and to the first man in space, astronaut Juri Gagarin, who visited Copenhagen in 1962.
