Dear Yoga... You take my breath away! . Even if I don’t post here often, I’ve been super consistent with my own practice lately and it makes me feel super proud. . I love the freedom of flowing in a creative Vinyasa flow but I am loving even more the discipline and structure that ashtanga is giving me. .
