Visits to Hong Kong have been few and far between, but I was immediately reminded of how intense the summer monsoon can be and the coexistence of traditional and modern. Nevertheless, a 2-day transit proved to be quite rewarding. From admiring the evolution of Chinese tea at Flagstaff House Museum to sampling seasonal oolong at Plantation Tea House (and chatting with tea masters @johnnyhsss + @yanniecsy).
