Workout out the Week This week for the Run Strong club our workout of that week is 3x12min intervals with 3mins rest in between. For my marathon crew this can be a good time to work around your goal marathon pace which can be +/-:20 min/mile and if you’re just running for fun you can be slightly faster than your easy run pace to build some good aerobic fitness You can still join the Run strong club if you’re interested in following a structured program where you can select workouts based on what you need to become a better runner but there are no more free sneakers 🤷🏽‍♂️ sorry
