I had some leftover bone in pork shoulder so I cubed it into smaller pieces and browned it with 2 diced white onions and 5 diced and deseeded jalapeños. If you don’t have pork shoulder you can use whatever type of meat you want! My leftover pork shoulder was about 3 lbs. Next, I added in 2 tbs of minced garlic and 4 cups of chicken broth. Brought that to a boil and simmered until pork was tender. Next added 1.5 lbs of smoked sausage and beans. Added in enough water to cover everything. Seasoned
