Here’s a breakdown to one of my favorite ankle mobility drills that you may have seen before! Prevention is key to LONGEVITY! Build your ankles durability slowly, and with control, in order to help prevent (or lessen the severity and recovery time of) nasty injuries that can stop you doing what you love!
