Do you feel like you have to straighten, curl or alter your hair in any way for certain occasions? I definitely used to feel this way. I would ALWAYS straighten my hair for big events because I was taught it was the “presentable” and “polished” option. Maybe you have straight hair and felt you needed to curl it. I’ve grown to know embrace and love my hair texture and rock it for most events. But from time to time I will alter my hair for events.
