As you know I love my wine, especially really old wine like this amazing Cos d’Estournel 1928. But I also love history and some of the amazing things that happen, discovered, invented etc. in this great year for wine in Bordeaux just think on September 28th 1928 Scottish physician, Alexander Fleming observes a bacteria killing mould growing in his laboratory.
