It was an honor to welcome him to our company headquarters in 2015 for a speech on the future of the Japanese economy. Nodding to our nations’ cultural ties, he spoke of throwing ‘inning after inning to make this country, once again, fulfill its potential.’ He never stopped throwing, and both our countries - and the world - will long be better for it.
