Korean style Philly Cheesesteak! Wow!! Also called a Bulgogi cheesesteak but this was insanely good! Recipes ⤵️ * Marinade your thinly cut @betterfedbeef ribeye for 1hr * Marinade: 4 cloves garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp chile flakes, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 3 Tbsp gochujang, 4 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, 6 Tbsp soy sauce, 6 Tbsp sesame oil * Thinly cut 1/2 an onion, 1 carrot and 1 green pepper * To a medium high cast iron, sauté your veggies (season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic) * In a separate cast iron (or once the veggies are done and removed) cook your beef over high heat. I added like 1/2 the marinade in * Layer your bread with white American cheese * Once your beef is done, put it on top of the cheese and add your veggies. * Tightly wrap in foil for 5 minutes so cheese melts * Open and enjoy!
