RECIPE BELOW 👇🏼 so first i should add my way of doing this is extremely ghetto and lazy BUT if you like minimal care meals this is for you. you can either prep this the night before & put in over after pouring mix in or make fresh & let sit with mix in fridge for 15+ minutes cut any bread (literally ANY) into cubes, toss in casserole dish. in separate bowl mix about 3 eggs, could do more if ya want, measure brown sugar with your heart, probably a tsp of salt, cinnamon galore, milk.. probably two ish cups? pour over bread, mix, let sit, bake at 350° for 20 minutes. the more glamours version of this recipe is all over pinterest just search “french toast casserole” i also make this in a sourdough version with either sourdough bread or mix discard into the wet ingredients
