⚡️ NOTHING LIKE (IRL) NYC ENERGY ⚡️ Feeling so incredibly grateful to have seen so many strong, gorgeous women absolutely kill this workout right before my very own eyes! It was surreal to meet so many people that I have taught virtually on obé for years! I got so emotional hearing so many stories of how important this movement has been to them in their fitness journey. It was absolutely unreal and meaningful! Thank you to all my girls who came out in the heat and to @obe_fitness x @showfields for throwing the workout party of our dreams!
